RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DCBD LLC dba Bowler Apparel & Footwear proudly guarantees the quality, performance and fit of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Bowler AF purchase or gift, simply return the item within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, it can take up to ten days for your refund to be credited upon Bowler AF receiving your returned package. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order email us on our contact us page or call our Customer Service Department (800-BOWLERS).
All Bowler AF products come with a 60-day money back guarantee, which begins the day your order ships.
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your return credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at www.BowlerAF.com or with the Bowler AF Customer Service Team.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
- If a return is less than the total amount of an order paid for with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be placed on the E-Gift Card used.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Please fill out the return reasons on the front of the packing slip and include it with your return. To better track your return, please use a traceable shipping method.
